My green friends are back in action!
Introducing yet another granny smith apple snack recipe. I really enjoy green apples for it’s crispy, zesty tartness that red apples just don’t compare. Also maybe because I prefer sour over sweet things, green apples have become a core staple in my pantry.
Apple granola sandwiches are so easy to make. And the best part is, you can be as creative as you’d like with it. Add some sprouts, or even chili peppers if you’re brave enough! The possibilities are endless. With this granola sandwich creation, I made sure I added some greens, a bit of crunchiness and chewiness for an all encompassing combination of textures in one bite!
